“ Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:” Romans5:12
Sin entered the world by one man Adam. He chose to disobey God and listen to the lies of satan and from this disobedience, sin entered into the world. The payment for sin is death, and since we are sinners we all die, die as did Adam because he sinned. But praise God if we are in Christ, we are saved not because of our good deeds, but because of what Christ did for us on the cross. Sin produces death, but believing on the Lord Jesus Christ breaks the enemy death. For through Him we have eternal life!
August 26th
My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments: For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to thee.” Proverbs 3:1-2
The Lord is the one who gives us length of days, long life and peace. If we follow His way we find that life is worthwhile, that we have a reason to live. Hopelessness follows those that have no purpose in life, but the Lord has a purpose for His children. When we come to the end of our lives there will be peace to those who place their faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and have lived as He desired. Since He is the one who grants life, and gives life, does it not only seem right that we send our lives living for Him.

“For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.” Philippians 2:13
It is God who works in us through the power of His Spirit and His Word. We must do as He directs us to do, but leave the results in His hands.
August 22nd
“And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.” John3:19
Those who love evil hate righteousness, for an evil heart produces evil deeds and all kinds of horrible things towards others. John 3:20 tells us “ For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.” We live in a world where the Word of God is rejected and ridiculed and we wonder why society is in such bad conditions. Jesus Christ is the only answer to the problems of our heart and of the world. To reject Him is to reject the light and live in evil. So come and allow the light of the world to operate in you and help bring others to salvation.
August 21st
“And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;” Romans 1:28
The display of God’s eternal power and Godhead is visible to each of us every day. We see the rising and setting of the sun, the constant lapping of the ocean waves against the shore, the stars in the sky. Proof that He is and that everything that is, was created was by His almighty hand. Those who reject this clear “physical evidence” are without excuse. If you reject this proof, you will reject all truth and will end up worshiping and serving the creature rather than the Creator. Once this happens the mind hates God and all He is and will try to destroy Him, and in turn destroy themselves and their eternal souls. Come to the Lord, recognize His Awesome beauty and power, for those who turn to Him He will never reject or forsake.
August 19th
“The horse is prepared for the day of battle, But deliverance is of the LORD.” Proverbs 21:31
There are those that hate the Lord and who hate those who place their faith and trust in Him. They spend their lives battling against the Lord’s will—But they will not win that is certain. This verse is a warning for those warring against God and a reminder to those of us warring for God. Matthew Henry said in his Bible commentary on this passage. ‘Be the cause ever so good, and the patrons of it ever so strong, and wise, and faithful, and the means of carrying it on, and gaining the point, ever so probable, still they must acknowledge God and take Him along with them.’ Our will must be the same will of God, or we end up fighting against Him also. To fight against God is only to be a loser. We must trust in the Lord, and not lean on our own understanding, but acknowledge Him in all his ways, trust Him, live for Him and let His will be done in our lives. This is the way of true happiness and joy and true freedom!
August 18th
“But they obeyed not, neither inclined their ear, but made their neck stiff, that they might not hear, nor receive instruction.” Jeremiah 17:23
To not to obey the Lord is a tragic mistake for any person. For the blessings of an individual person, family or nation depend on our obeying the Lord. He did not make His laws to keep us from having a healthy and enjoyable life, but to do exactly the opposite. Disobeying God’s laws bring about all kinds of heartache and destruction. Don’t allow your heart to become hard against the will or laws of God. A nation, a family or an individual person who disobeys the Lord will find their life to be a complete failure when life is at its end. All nations when they ignore the Lord and go their own way will ultimately face destruction.
If you find your life to be an unhappy unfruitful one, then turn to the Lord. Follow His ways, for all blessings come from Him. He loves us and desires to bless us, but can only do so when we obey Him. His first will for us is to come the Lord Jesus Christ, “believe on the Lord Jesus Christ” and you will be saved. For He paid the sin debt which we have no way of paying. No matter what others tell you, Christ is the only way to salvation. All other gods and religions lead to chaos in this life and eternal punishment in the coming eternity which each person will ultimately face. Read John3:16, take it seriously and submit your life to Christ. You will ultimately say; “Why did I wait so long to do it.!”

“And it came to pass that night, that the angel of the Lord went out, and smote in the camp of the Assyrians an hundred fourscore and five thousand: and when they arose early in the morning, behold, they were all dead corpses.
36 So Sennacherib king of Assyria departed, and went and returned, and dwelt at Nineveh.” II Kings 19:35, 36.
“We be not able to go up against the people; for they are stronger than we.” Numbers 13:31
We serve an awesome God! There is nothing that is too hard for Him. 185,000 Assyrian soldiers were to much for Hezekiah’s army. But it was no more than a fly for the Lord. He wiped them out in one evening just by speaking the word. Those that hate God, those that destroy, lie, slander and seek to suppress His voice need heed what happened at that time.
For you see He is the same God now that He was then. And if His anger is kindled against you and what you are doing you could end up as those soldiers. Take it seriously, for we have those who are trying to take over this country, aided by the lying media and lying social media. Communism and Socialism promise everything free, a world utopia. But what it delivers is slavery and oppression. A world where only those in charge have anything. Society becomes their workers and slaves, existing on the meager handouts they give. When someone promises you everything for nothing, just remember. That is what all good con artists do. They slap you on the back with one hand and pick your pocket with the other.
The Lord is in charge and if He should decide to He is able to deliver this nation from the hands of all the traitors that we now have in charge. Pray the Lord of the harvest protect us and that His Spirit will run freely across this nation and changes hearts and lives. that is the only freedom that we can truly have. Not theirs nor their lies!
Come to the Lord Jesus Christ and have freedom, before freedom is taken from this nation!

There is an enemy in this country. It is out to destroy us, and it seems as though it is doing a good job. We now have a communistic news and social media controlling the opinions and thoughts of this country. If you do not agree with the dialog published by those in charge you are cancelled and made fun of. That is definitely communism. Those who believe that communism and marxism are good things need only look at countries like China and Russia, for people there are nothing more than slaves of the governmental system.
America has veered from the Word of God, we have allowed evil to seep in and take over this country. The only freedom is from the Lord Jesus Christ, and the only way to overcome giants of oppression and slavery is from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Almighty God! We need to fall on our knees and plead for the freedoms which we have and are loosing. Only through His might, only through spending time on our knees and asking forgiveness of our sins is there a chance that this nation may be spared. For we are not only disobeying His laws, but we have already murdered over 60 million innocent unborn babies in this country. We have prevented them their pursuit of life, liberty and happiness. Those who deny this to any person, should have it denied them also.
Christ is the only Way! Cling to Him, plead for forgiveness and mercy, He is our only Hope!
August 15th
10Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth. 11Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling. 12Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him. Psalm 2:10-12
The Lord instructs kings and judges of the earth, those who are in authority! They are too serve the Lord with fear and trembling. Today we see rulers all across this country and world that refuse to serve the Lord or to tremble before Him. They believe that they are the great ones, that they rule by their might and their wisdom. They fail to know that at any moment the Lord is able to take their power and authority from them, and at any moment they could be called into judgment.
We are all to kiss the Son, it is an act of submission and obedience to the Lord. To those who disobey Him, who reject the Lord Jesus Christ and His authority there will come a day of finality, a time to reap what has been sown. For He is angry with the wicked every day. Only in accepting His Son the Lord Jesus Christ as your Saviour may you be forgiven of your sins. Deny Him and you will not only come into judgment, but ultimately into eternal destruction in the Lake of Fire and be there for all of eternity. This is a grave warning and should be taken literally and seriously by all of mankind. Man is not the great “I am”, it is the Lord Jesus Christ and to come under His judgments is a terrible thing. But praise God He has paid the sin debt and to all who come to Him He will in no way reject. For those, eternity will be blessings beyond compare!

2 The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord, and against his anointed, saying,
3 Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.
4 He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision.
Man in his pride have rage against the eternal living God. His existence is denied and they shake their fist at His laws and spurn His offer of salvation to all of mankind. The evilness and deception of man with their fear mongering claims of ultimate destruction from “climate change have many in total fear, they are now using children as chattel for their lies.
Have you ever compared yourselves to the immensity of the world on which we live. If evolution is true, as we are told, then we are hopeless to do anything, for evolution will do what it wants with us. However, this is just another lie spread by those who hate the Lord, the Creator of all that exists, for they do not want to serve Him or listen to or obey His laws.
He is the one that is in control, and the world will stand until He says it is time for it to be remade, and there is nothing we can do to stay His will. So why not accept His Son the Lord Jesus Christ as your Saviour and live for Him. It is the only wise and safe thing to do. For He is the Almighty God, and His plans cannot be stopped or diverted by us. Fighting against the Lord is like trying to stick your finger in a leaking dam that is ready to collapse. And that end is total destruction for you.
Christ says to us; “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28.
August 13th
“Therefore it says, “God opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble.” James 4:6 and “When pride cometh, then cometh shame: but with the lowly is wisdom.” Proverbs 11:2.
God hates the proud. He opposes them and will ultimately destroy them from the earth. Today it seems the proud have taken over. They believe their wisdom is wiser than the Lord’s, but His word gives their end:
4. The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away.
5. Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.
6. For the LORD knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish.” Psalm 1: 4-6.
This is a warning to all of us. God hates pride, and He hates those that oppress others. Their end will surely come, then they will see what they truly are, and what worth their lives have been. They cause pain and sorrow to millions, but their pain and sorrow from God will last them for all eternity. The Lord will give them what they truly deserve, and an eternity to remember their rejection of Him and His blessings as they bite their tongues and cry in pain and hopelessness.
Don’t be like them, come to the Lord Jesus Christ! Give your life and ways to Him. Christ is the way, the truth and the live! There is no other God who can and will save us. For all other Gods are of men’s hands, designed in minds controlled by demons who themselves will spend eternity in the “Lake of Fire.” Don’t spend eternity with them, don’t spend eternity with liars, and murderers and those full of all kinds of evil. Seek the Lord while He may be found. While you still have life in your bodies. After death it is only eternal punishment for those who deny Christ, and eternal blessings for those who have given their lives to Him

God has promised to supply your every need; “But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:19, and our greatest need of all is a Saviour. Christ Jesus, is the bread from heaven, and He supplies the needs of the human heart.
August 11th
“And the Lord said unto Moses, How long will this people provoke me? and how long will it be ere they believe me, for all the signs which I have shewed among them?” Numbers 14:11
There is no reason or excuses for people to not believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. Look around and see the blue sky, the clouds, the intricacy and design of what we call nature. The variety of fruit and vegetables, the flowers, thousands of varsities and design. Look at our bodies, marvelously designed. We have His written words and proof of His resurrection. To deny what He has made, to deny Him as the Lord, God almighty that He is, is the greatest sin, the worst that can be done. He offered salvation, as a free gift. Won’t you accept it. He is waiting, just believe on the Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity and you will spend eternity with Him, with blessings and beauty beyond compare.
August 10th
“I have seen the wicked in great power, and spreading himself like a green bay tree.
36 Yet he passed away, and, lo, he was not: yea, I sought him, but he could not be found.
Time is a great healer. The evil ones of this earth will face death as each and every other person will, for all flesh will pass away. Right will always prevail in the end. The evil ones will destroy themselves, their end will be the lake of fire with all those who reject Jesus Christ as their Saviour. However, the heartache and destruction and misery they cause in their rabid lust and desire for wealth and power, and superiority will cause countless sorrow, tears, misery and pain. In the end they will be recompensed for all the horror they cause by the Judge of the Universe, Jesus Christ! If you are one who is of this sort, think about your end, when you stand before the one who is able to punish and will punish both your body and soul in hell (the Lake of Fire.)
“but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.” Matthew 10:28b
Remember; No one ever gets away with evil. For the Lord of this earth keeps good records of every evil deed done by each and every human being who has ever lived on this earth. We cannot pull the wool over Christ’s eyes, for He sees all, knows all and will recompense the evil for what they do and what they have done.
Be wise, accept the Lord Jesus Christ as your saviour and live as He desires. What heartache would be saved in the world if everybody did so!

13 Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again:
14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.
15 The woman saith unto him, Sir, give me this water, that I thirst not, neither come hither to draw.
John 4:12-15
The woman at the well was amazed at Jesus comments. She wanted the water so she would not have to draw it from the well everyday. But Jesus was talking about the spirit which He would give to those that place their faith and trust in Him. For He is the living water. He will give everlasting life to all that believe on Him. Won’t you do that today?
August 7th
“Righteous art thou, O Lord, and upright are thy judgments.” Psalm119:137
All of the Lords judgments are holy and righteous. For no matter what we may think, It is He who is righteous. His judgments are always righteous and Holy. It is us who have the problem. For we are blinded by the sin nature which indwells all of us. So place your faith and trust in Him, for that is the only proper and correct and righteous thing to do!
July 31st
“Let us search and try our ways, and turn again to the Lord.” Lamentations 3:40
We should daily take inventory of our lives. Don’t allow sin to build up in our lives until we are powerless in our spiritual walk. When the Lord points out our sins, confess them, ask forgiveness of them. Then the power of the Holy Spirit will guide our lives to help win souls for eternity.
July 30th
“Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart.” Psalm 119:2
God deserves our all, He wants us to follow Him with all our heart, all our strength, and all of our soul. To do otherwise is only a half-hearted following of Him. We need to be enthusiastic about Christ, and if we are not, then we will not live for Him. And what a wasted life that will be!

The Hands that hold the worlds in boundless space—and keep the stars within their ordered place, can hold my little life with strength and power—secure against the evils of the hour.
The Mind that first created beast and man—sustaining all things since the world began—can heal and help the creature it has made, when far beyond the help of human aid…The Christ they could not kill by spear and nail—is with us still to-day and will not fail—the heart that puts its faith in One above—resting in the gentle hands of love.

July 27th
Psalm 100:5 “For the Lord is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.”
The Lord is very good! His mercy is everlasting to those that place their faith and trust in Him. When we look at the world around us and see the beauty of what God has created it is wonderful. He has given us life and presented to all of mankind the ability to spend eternity with Him.
But unfortunately the majority of mankind in their pride rejects the blood bought salvation of Christ on the Cross of Calvary. Some even has the audacity to say they are deity, that they are god. When they meet the true and living God they will shiver in fear. Don’t be foolish, place your faith in Jesus Christ, for He is the true and living God. Don’t reject His offer of salvation and end up in an eternity of crying and despair.
July 26th
Romans 5:18 “Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.”
Our first parents in the garden disobeyed the Lord. And by the sin of one, Adam, judgment came upon all. We are now all born with an old sin nature, because we were in Adam. The whole world is affected by his sin. Death now reigns upon all mankind, the animal kingdom, and all plant life. The universe is deteriorating because of sin. For the pay of sin is death. Christ paid for the sin of all man kind. There is no other name given among men whereby we must be saved. No other religion no other so called god can help us. Without Christ we are doomed to an eternity of punishment. Won’t you come unto Christ and receive life eternal with Him.
July 23rd
4″Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.
5 They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them.
6 We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.” II John 4:4-6
In previous verses the apostle discussed false teachers who teach error, one being that Christ is not the Son of God. They are representatives of satan, the evil one. There message is one that the world loves, and accepts, it caters to the pride and intelligence of individuals. These teachers and those who love these teachings are not believers, for they hate Christ and reject Him. If you agree with them then you also are an unbeliever and need the salvation that can only come from Christ. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved.
July 22nd
“Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.” Romans 12:19
Vengeance may seem like the correct thing to do. When we are hurt or mistreated or the evil spreads like wildfire it seems to our minds that it is the only way. But the Lord tells us that vengeance belongs to Him, He will repay. Our problem is that we want to see that vengeance paid out to those we believe need it. And for them to get it right now! It will only destroy us, physically, mentally and spiritually to take into our hands what belongs to the Lord. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, give Him your hates, thoughts, desires and place them into the hands of a loving Father. But first He must be your Father. For that to happen you must place your faith and trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour. He is the answer to all our concerns and problems.
June 22nd
“For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.” Romans 11:29
God never draws or invites sinners to himself without being willing to bestow pardon and eternal life. God’s invitation of eternal life is given to all humanity. It is never withdrawn while we draw breath on this earth. Once our lives on earth are over, the request is no longer valid. Eternal life and forgiveness of sin is free, paid for and bought by Christ on the Cross of Calvary.

- God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,
2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;
3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high:
4 Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.
5 For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son? Hebrews 1:1-5
In times past God spoke through prophets. But now He has spoke through His Son, Jesus Christ, the Saviour of the World. If those who denied the Lord with only the prophets to give them the way, how much greater will the punishment be, when Christ Himself gave the words of truth life and Himself as a sacrifice for us.
We have the Bible, where the prophets spoke the words given them by the Lord. But in the New Testament we have the testimony of Christ Himself. Do not be foolish, believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved.. do it now, for tomorrow could be too late.
July 19th
“Thou hast set a bound that they may not pass over.” Psalm 104:9
God has set abound for the oceans that they may never again cover the entire earth with water. There may be occasinal floods and tidal waves, but there will never again be a worldwide flood to destroy air breathing life. God controls the seas, as He controls everything else. Our life is also controlled by Him. For the breath of our bodies is in His hands. Don’t you place your faith and trust in Jesus Christ while you are still living and breathing. After this it will be too late.

“Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.” Romans 8:7-8
The natural mind is an enemy to God. It doesn’t want anything to do with Him. It does not want to obey God’s laws either, and neither is it able to. That is why we should give our hearts and lives to Christ. For then our mind is not an enemy with God, but has peace with God. Give your heart to God, and you will have the peace that is only from Him.
July 17th
But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:
“In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.” II Corinthians 4:3-4
We wonder why there is so much hatred, so much violence, so much corruption in the world. We see those who think that they are so much better than anybody else trying to take control of everything, even and especially our lives. Why does this happen. The answer is simple, but most will not believe it. Satan the evil one has blinded the eyes of the majority of the world. We see the “woke” the “critical race theory”, and the “black lives matter” propaganda every where. They promise a heaven on earth but they only lead to communism and slavery. Why? As we said, satan, the evil one has blinded eyes and mind’s. True freedom, true peace, true deliverance only come from the Lord. Place your faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and ask forgiveness of your sins, and you will find there is what you are looking for!
July 16th
“And her spirit came again, and she arose straightway: and he commanded to give her meat.” Luke 8:55
There are some that teach that death is a sleep of the spirit within the body. However the above verse and many other verses indicate that the spirit leaves the body upon physical death. It is a separation of the spirit and body. The spirit will again come into the believers glorified bodies at the resurrection of the just. Believers will spend eternity with Christ in these glorified bodies. Those who do not believe in Christ will also receive new bodies at the resurrection of the unbelieving dead. But their bodies will be designed to spend eternity in the lake of fire and not be consumed by the flames.
July 15th
“Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.” Proverbs 3:5-6
We should completely and securely rely upon God’s wisdom, power, and goodness, and upon his providence and promises, to direct and help in all our ways, keeping us from the dangers of life.When we are in His will for our lives, then we are on the right path, the path of blessings.
July 14th
“The LORD taketh pleasure in them that fear Him,in those that hope in His mercy.”Psalm 147:11
For those who believe in God,and are trusting in Christ for their salvation, fearing God does not refer to having a sense of dread, or fear of wrath upon us. But instead we view Him acting towards us with a mixture of love and blessings which He bestows on those that hold Him in reverential awe. But to those who reject Him, Jesus Christ, there should be a fear, for the wrath of God abides on them. Place your faith and trust on Christ, believe in Him, and join those that have no fear or dread of the Awesome God of the universe.

“we beseech you, brethren, that ye increase more and more; 11 And that ye study to be quiet,” I Thessalonians 4:10, 11 in part.
It seems that there are always those that have a chip on their shoulder. Nothing pleases them. They are always out of sort, angry and quarrelsome. They are critical and negative and leave a trail of heartache and despair in their wake. There is nothing that satisfies them. “A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.” Proverbs 17:22 A joyful spirit is health to the body, but a bitter spirit destroys our health.

“For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.” Romans 8:6
We who are Christians have escaped much sorrow, yes an early grave. Our life is blessed, it is a life of peace. You do not begin to truly live until you know Christ as Saviour. (Ralph W. Neighbour Sr. D.D.)

“For the earth is the Lord’s, and the fulness thereof.” I Corinthians 10:26
The Lord owns everything that exists. For He created it. And that is Jesus Christ! He has blessed us beyond measure, even in this sin wrecked world that hates Him. Today is still a day of blessings, but there will come a time when the Lord’s blessings will stop for those that hate and reject Him. So why fight a losing battle, come to Christ and receive eternal life and all that goes with it.

“But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;” Hebrews 10:12
Christ came to this earth, lived a perfectly sinless and holy life. He paid for the sins of the world. MY sin, and your sin has been paid for by His precious blood. He shed it at the cross of Calvary, paying with His own life. Because of that if we place our faith and trust in Him. If we ask Him for forgiveness of our sin, He will save us. We will no longer have to pay the sin debt which has us bound to an eternal death. His sacrifice, once given, satisfied God the Father of all sin debt. If we place our faith in Him we will as we have said, be saved. He is now seated at the right hand of God the Father interceding for those who place their faith in Him. Won’t you choose eternal life, instead of clinging to eternal death. John 3:16, the most precious words ever spoken. Praise His Holy name.
June 9th
(For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ:
19 Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.)” Philippians 3:178-19
We have many today who are enemies of the Cross. For to be an enemy of the Cross you are an enemy of Christ. Many do not want the things of God, but their own desires. They produce evil, divisions and all sorts of perversions. Their end is destruction and hopelessness for all eternity. Do not be like them, come to Christ in humility and accept His free gift of salvation. Do it today,for we never know when we will draw our last breath on this earth.
July 8th
“There are many devices in a man’s heart; nevertheless the counsel of the LORD, that shall stand.” Proverbs 19:21
Men and woman have many plans in their minds and hearts. Most of which are against the will and word of God. Everything that is not of God will be destroyed. God’s counsel, though man is trying to destroy it, will never be destroyed. You cannot stop the plan of god. He is the Almighty God of the universe. He has all power and does whatever He wills, that is within His word. Isn’t it foolish to fight against an unbeatable foe. Why should God be your foe, believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will become His friend. Then make His will your will. This is the most productive and most yoyous way to live.
July 7th
“His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant:” Matthew 25:21a
When we do something it is worth doing well, especially what we do for the Lord. Do we work for the Lord haphazardly, or do we do it with quality. If we do it carelessly we will not hear “Well done thou faithful servant.” Let’s strive to serve our saviour the best we are able with the guidance and direction of the Holy Spirit.
July 6th
For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
When Christ calls those who have placed their faith in Him , their bodies will raise from the grave and be changed in the twinkling of an eye. Our souls and spirits which are with Christ will meet those new bodies and we will spend eternity with Christ. We will spend an eternity of blessings beyond compare with our Lord and Saviour. Those who have rejected Christ, their bodies will be raised also at the end of the world. Their souls will meet their bodies which will be prepared for the lake of fire where they will spend eternity where there will be weeping, wailing and gnashing of teeth. Prepare for blessings with Christ, do not reject Him.

Today we see the insurrection in our country. It is a planned mob rule. It is those that are in authority using the plan of dictators from the beginning of time. Disrupt, destroy, let the evil rule. Bring fear into the hearts of the average citizen until they beg the government to take complete rule. And they will take complete and total rule,in every area of life. That is their plan, that is their goal.
In life there are always those who care little for anybody but themselves. They have smooth tongues,and beautiful speeches. But behind the masks is evil beyond compare. Their dream for America is the slavery of us all. They want to be top dog. They want all the power, and all the wealth. They are the enemy, not the patriots of this country. Look at what they say, then watch what they do. They are hypocrites, liars and evil to the bone. Trust in them and this country will become another Communist country, whose evil and enslavement will be fuel to their evil natures. Trusting what they say is like taking a rattlesnake into your bosom and then wondering why you are in such pain.
Christ is the only way, trust Him, not those who talk out of each side of their mouth. For we fight against a spiritual evil; that of satan. Christ is the only hope for America, for us. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and let Him guide your lives each day.
July 2nd
“Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.” Hebrews 13:8
Jesus Christ is the same today as He has always been, He never changes! His demands for a nation is righteousness and truth. Where do we stand in these areas? Righteousness not very well, truth not very well either. A nation who leaves God’s demands will find itself just as all other past empires of this earth. There is nothing left of them but remains of their civilizations. We have told Christ that we do not want Him in our nation. If that is the over whelming consensus of this nation,then this nation will cease to exist. First as a world power, and then as any power. We will eventually become dust and remains with archaeologists examining our earthly remains.
July 1st
“Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident.” Psalm 27:3
If I commit myself wholly to God , trusting Him completely to protect and keep me under all circumstances, knowing that He will do what is best for us, we will have peace. For He loves us and only desires the best for us, now matter what the circumstances around us bring. In so doing He will give us the direction in which He wants us to go.
June 30th
“These all continued with one accord in prayer” Acts 1:14a
Prolonged and continued prayer is almost unheard of these days. Yet with the condition of our nation it is needed more today than almost any other time in our country. It is only as we get down on our knees in prayer and humility and obedience to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ can there be any healing to this nation.
June 28th and 29th
“I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine.” John 10:14
Christ is the good shepherd. Those who have accepted Him as their Saviour hear His voice and He knows them. The sheep will not follow any other shepherd or any other voice. We also, as His children, believers in Jesus Christ, should hear no other voice than His. To do so is disobedience to the shepherd.
June 26th

Evening, and morning, and at noon, will I pray, and cry aloud: and he shall hear my voice. He hath delivered my soul in peace from the battle that was against me: for there were many with me.” Psalm55:17-18
We should praise the Lord all day long. Be thankful for His provisions and great care. Troubles may and will come into our lives but He will deliver His children in these times of testings. We do not see the invisible realm which surrounds us, in which His angel watch over us as He commands them. Praise Him for He is worthy to receive praise and Honor.
“Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah.” Psalm 32:7
Christ is our hiding place. Those who place their trust and faith in Him He will preserve from the evil one. He shall compass us about with His deliverance. There is no other God, there is no other power, there is no other intelligence, there is no other holiness, there is no other righteousness, there is no other justice but His. He is the all powerful one, the all wise God. Trust in Him and praise His name for He is worthy of all our praise.

“All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.” John 1:3
Scripture tells us that Christ made all things. We see this in the beginning of Genesis also. All things, including us, were created by the mind and hand of Jesus Christ, it is He, which holds everything together by the power of His word. Today we are told that creation is a myth only believed by faith. That we should believe science, concerning creation, instead of believing in a powerful, intelligent Creator, we should believe that billions of years ago that nothing for some reason exploded. And out of this explosion earth was somehow formed. That lightning, where it came from nobody knows, caused a spark of life to begin. It takes faith to believe tht also. I chose to believe in an intelligent Creatior who created us and everything else. For this is truth, evolution is a lie. Follow evolution and you will be duped by those who hate Christ,.
Our bodies seem to have design and a structure. The reason is because we were designed by an intelligent creator. The body is to intricate to have just happened. Evolutionists keep telling themselves, the body looks like it was designed, and designed to do certain things, but we know that is not true, it just happened by chance And we listen to them. And you and I know that cars look like they were designed for a purpose, and we also know that isn’t true. They just happened
June 19th
“And her spirit came again, and she arose straightway: and he commanded to give her meat.” Luke 8:55
Some teach that the spirit remains in the body when it dies. Bur here and in many other passages of scripture it indicates that the spirit leaves the body upon physical death. Death is really the separation of the body from the spirit. For a believer the spirit goes to be with the Lord and for the unbeliever it goes to the place of torment, hell or hades, and ultimately the lake of fire. We send eternity in one of two places, either with the Lord, or two with satan in the “Lakeof Fire” for all eternity!

A samll sin in our life, if not confessed and forsaken, will effect our entire spiritual condition. It will sever our fellowship with God and destroy our peace and joy. If we confess every sin in our lives immediately our peace and joy will return, for our fellowship with the Lord will be restored.

“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” II Timothy 1:7
Through the Word of God we can find strength to face the day. Through the guidance of His spirit we are able o live our lives as He desires. The Spiritual battles as well as our physical struggles can cause fear in our lives However, when we trust the Lord, get into His work,pray, those fears and daily struggles become not only bearable, but become a way in which we are able to witness to those around us. God has given us the way, and He is the truth. Fear not and trust and obey.
June 11th
“A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump.” Galatians 5:9
We may be walking with the Lord, but still have allowed a small sin into our lives, believing it to be nothing big. But remember the tiny pebble in your shoe, it seems like a rock and will stop your running or walking. This small sin if allowed to grow will one day threaten to destroy your spiritual life and destroy your witness for the Lord and spiritual growth. As we take off our shoe and discard the small pebbles, we need to discard every sin in our lives, even if it seems unimportant.

There are many enemies of the Cross and of Jesus Christ. Sometimes it seems as if there numbers are insurmountable. The satanic opposition is like an impregnable wall, it seems stronger than us. And it is of course, for he is a fallen angel and we are flesh and blood. But the power of God so far exceeds the power of satan, that we may always triumph over satan by the power of the holy Spirit in Christ, no matter what the satanic assault may be.

Afflictions lead to exhibit holy fear, and then being fitted for the Lord’s favour, he gave us an ensign, which would be both a rallying point, and a proof that He had sent them to fight, and a guarantee of victory. The bravest men are usually intrusted with the banner, and it is certain that those who fear God most have less fear of man than any others. The Lord has given us the standard of the gospel, let us live to uphold it, and if needful die to defend it. Our right to contend for God, and our reason for expecting success, are found in the fact that the faith has been once committed to the saints, and that by the Lord himself. “

“Why standest thou afar off, O LORD? why hidest thou thyself in times of trouble?” Psalm 10:1
If God fails to answer our prayers it is for one reason only: sin has come between us and God! If we confess our sins our fellowship with God is restored. God will then hear us and answer our prayers according to His will. We cannot afford to let our fellowship with Him be broken because of sin. Stay in His will and see the blessings of God, in everyday life, in trials and problems. For He is our strength and our guidance and our protections.
June 6th
“Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord, and against His anointed.” Psalm 2:1-2a
Hate against God,and against Jesus Christ is baseless. He is the creator and sustain-er of all that exists. He holds the world together with the Power of His Word. Isn’t it foolish, that mankind is the only living thing on this earth that disobeys God. Loving God and serving Him is a choice we each must make. satan chose to rebel against God and his doom is sure. Accept Christ as your saviour, it is the proper and wise thing to do.
June 3rd
“But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!” Matthew 6:23
The eye of our soul is our conscience. If we deny the prodding and warnings of our soul we will turn it off and it will no longer warn us of the evil which will come upon us. When this happens complete darkness will reign and control us and we will be lost. What a horrible way to live and what a horrible ending to our lives it will bring.
June 2nd
“Thou hast set all the borders of the earth: thou hast made summer and winter.” Psalm 74:17
The Lord is the controller of the earth. He set the borders of the nations He created the mountains and hills and rivers and the oceans. He made the four seasons and is in control of all things. We need not fear man destroying the world, for God created it, He sustains it, He holds it together with the power of His word. Do not fear what man will tell you, for they seek only to rule over you, and fear is one of their ways. Look to the Word of God and fear His only. Place your faith in Christ today and study His word, follow the guiding of His spirit and live life as He desires under His control. It is the most satisfying way to life.

The world thinks Christians are crazy! If forgiveness from sin is crazy, if having hope in life is crazy? If having a reason for living is crazy? Then shouldn’t we all be crazy? But the truth is, we aren’t crazy! For there is a God we have to answer to at the end of this life. And that God is Jesus Christ! So, if anyone is crazy, is it not those who do not give their life to Him.

We do not climb high mountains by gazing in a dream–at the heights above us where the bright crags gleam For we must find a pathway, and plod on yard by yard–No short cut to the summit. Steep the way and hard. Great tasks are not accomplished within a single day….We have to work with patience and struggle all the way.(Patience Strong – The Morning Watch)
We cannot just set by and wait, when the Lord gives us direction we must work as He wills. All things are possible with the Lord and when we do His will, His help and guidance will see the work to the end. We must with patience and endurance keep steady the path before us. Don’t give up, be ever ready to work as He directs. It is His hand that will see His done by us. We work as He directs, the production is in His hand.

“Our soul waiteth for the Lord: he is our help and our shield.” Psalm33:20
In 1962 and 1963 the Supreme Court struck down the inclusion of religious activities, such as prayer and bible reading, in public schools. The basis for this policy was the Court’s controversial reinterpretation of the phrase separation of church and state The First Amendment simply states” “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibit the free exercise thereof.”
In 1962 the court struck down “Student prayer” in schools, 1963 required Bible reading in the mornings struck down, in 1980 the “Ten Commandments” had to be taken down. Cases in 1985, 1986, 1989 and 1992 struck down religious invocations and benedictions at schools.
“Remove not the ancient landmark, which thy fathers have set.” Proverbs 22:28. Our courts are removing the landmarks which have given us freedom in this country. They are doing unlawful deeds, and calling them lawful. But the Lord is our help, our shield, in Him do we trust. For we must all stand before Christ one day and answer for what we have done with our life, but what we also have done with Him.
May 25th
“And David said in his heart, I shall now perish one day by the hand of Saul: there is nothing better for me than that I should speedily escape into the land of the Philistines; and Saul shall despair of me, to seek me any more in any coast of Israel: so shall I escape out of his hand.” I Samuel 27:1
David made a terrible mistake when he fled to the enemy of God’s people, the Philistines. He did so when he was discouraged and despaired of his life. Discouragement can destroy our faith if we don’t keep our eyes on our Lord and Saviour. If we commit our ways to the Lord we will see and know who our enemies are, for we are in a spiritual battle with the evil one and his followers are doing their best do destroy us.
We are in a spiritual battle in this country right now! Our constitution is being destroyed by those in authority. Judges make laws which are unconstitutional, unlawful. It is of upmost importance that we seek the Lord’s will in our lives. As we watch the dismantling of our freedoms, and our move into Communism with the news and social media as accomplices, for they seek to make us a third world country and enslave us.
The founders of this country had a decision to make. Their freedoms were being taken away, and the king only had disdain with their grievances. They made the only decision left to them. The only decision which would bring about freedom, and because of that decision and sacrifice which they chose we are a free country, or at least we have been. That same decision is coming so close that it may soon overspread us, and possibly we will be too late with that decision.
We must search our conscience, search our Bible’s, get down on our knees and pray; Father in heaven, give us the wisdom to know what your will is, the courage to do your will, the strength to do your will, as we see the destruction of freedom in this nation.

“Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.” Jude 3.
Truth, liberty and freedom do not come cheap. It has taken the life and blood of many thousands who have sacrificed that we may have freedom. It is a struggle, a battle to gain our freedoms and liberty’s, to keep tyrants at bay. It takes the same to keep our freedoms. If we neglect or skip these struggles for safety’s sake, freedom will soon be a past memory. Peace at any cost is not peace, it is SLAVERY!

May 22nd
“The Lord will perfect that which concerneth me: thy mercy, O Lord, endureth for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands” Psalm 138:8
We all have days when we feel very discouraged, nothing seems to go right, and it takes the energy and desire from us. It is a very good way for us to be defeated in our Christian walk. But God will give us the victory, even death will not overcome us. God will in His time make us perfect. So we need to wait patiently for that perfect day. “Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:” Philippians 1:6. This is a promise from our Lord, and it will come to pass to all those who belong to Him. To those who have placed their faith and trust in Him.

“Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.”
Romans 3:28
Some try to work their way to salvation. But the Lord tells us that all our works are as filthy rags to Him. We have no way of working our way to salvation, to His blessings. Salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ all other roads lead to destruction.

For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) II Corinthians 10:4
After receiving Paul’s first letter, the Corinthian church was swayed by false teachers who accused Paul of being proud, unimpressive, and unqualified to be an apostle of Jesus Christ. Recognizing this as spiritual war, Paul sent Titus to Corinth to address this issue.
Every believer needs to know that the opposition that comes their way has its source in evil forces that oppose God and His truth. As Paul himself wrote, “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” Ephesians 6:12.
Whether they face immorality or false teaching, church leaders must take action to remedy the problem. The same is true of government. President Thomas Jefferson stated, “When once a republic is corrupted, there is no possibility of remedying any of the growing evils but by removing the corruption and restoring its lost principles; every other correction is either useless or a new evil.”

Some try to tell us that Jesus was an angel; if He were He could never reign in His Kingdom. Some also think that we will be angels when we get to heaven. If the Bible were not truth, it would die, and would not live forever. Truth lives; while error dies. Jesus said that not one jot, nor title of the law (another name for God’s word) would pass away until all was fulfilled. The Bible could not be truth, and live forever, if it were not a divine revelation from God, for anything man writes is filled with error. Man is imperfect; God is perfect.

Carlos Romulo (1899–1985), a Philippine general renowned for his heroic activities during World War II, issued this charge to us Americans. Never forget, Americans, that yours is a spiritual country, Yes, I know you’re a practical people. Like others, I’ve marveled at your factories, your skyscrapers, and your arsenals. But underlying everything else is the fact that America began as a God-loving, God-fearing, God-worshiping people.

Our help comes from the Lord. He is our strength in time of need and if we lift our eyes and cast them upon our Saviour He will give us the help we need.
May 13th
“For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.” Matthew 6:21.
What is your treasure? Where is your treasure? Is it becoming the best at something, or to be the richest, or the most powerful, is it on earth or in heaven? This earth will one day be burned up by the Lord and everything in it also. Earthly treasures pass away, but treasures laid up in heaven will never perish. Our heart is attached to our treasures, and if our heart is attached to treasures on this earth there will not be anything laid up in heaven. It will be an eternity without treasures or rewards. Our lives are to be lived to bring GLORY to Christ. Trust Him, place your faith in Him, be the best you can be on this earth, but give Him first place in your heart and trust Him for any treasures on this earth and especially in heaven.

“For we walk by faith, not by sight.” II Corinthians 5:7.
We all have faith. some may say that is not true, but think about it. We get into our car believing, having faith that it will start and we will get to our destination. We eat food knowing it will give us energy and strength, but not knowing how that will happen. We sit in a chair without having it tested for how much weight it will support. We all have faith.
However, the faith we are talking about is the faith we put in the Lord. We pray trusting for an answer. We place our faith in Jesus Christ for our future, we place our faith in the “Word of God.” Many doubt this and refuse to believe, however, those of us who have done so have seen answered prayer in our lives. We have the security of knowing His saving grace to us.
Have you checked out the “Word of God” for yourselves? Or do you simply ignore it, or take some else’s word about it. It is God’s message, blessings and warnings to us. To ignore it, or disbelieve it is dangerous. For there is an eternity that lies before each of us. Where we will send that eternity depends upon what is found in the Bible. The Lord Jesus Christ is our only hope He offers an eternity of blessings beyond compare with Him. Check out John 3:16, you will never regret pacing your faith in Him.

“So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” Romans 14:12.
We are all going to give an account for our lives to the Lord Jesus Christ one day. That day may come at any moment, Should we not live our lives according to His Word? Since Jesus Christ will be our judge we had better live our lives as the Bible tells us to. Christ is the only way, He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved for their is eternal life in no other.

“Who is like unto thee, O Lord, among the gods? who is like thee, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders?” Exodus 15:11.
Holiness is the preeminent attribute of God. Everything the Lord does is perfectly Holy, perfectly Righteous, perfectly Just. We do not see through His eyes nor are we able to comprehend the infinite wisdom He has. We see through our finite minds and understand through our finite understanding. The greatest wisdom of man is like a single drop of water in the ocean compared to the infinite wisdom of God.
May 9th
“Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward.” Hebrews 10:35.
There is a hereafter, this life on earth is very short. What is 100 years compared to eternity. How we live our lives on this earth will determine either reward or punishment for all of eternity. Those who believe on the Lord Jesus with their heart will have an eternity with rewards, those who reject the Lord Jesus Christ will have an eternity of punishment. Be wise, place your faith in Christ, following Him is blessings beyond compare.
“Give to him that asketh thee” Matthew 5:42a
If we refuse to give to one who asks us for help, we have closed the door on our own usefulness. Once a person is rejected it is seldom he will ever return again and ask for our assistance. We are to be useful to the Lord. Most importantly if the Holy Spirit directs us to do something for the Lord we must respond in obedience, to refuse to serve the Lord leads to a wasted life.
“Quench not the Spirit.” I Thessalonians 5:19
If the Holy Spirit has a new direction for you to go in, or a new task to launch out into, do it. Many of us fail in life because we do not have the courage to obey the inner voice of the Holy spirit in our lives. Our failure is usually because of a lack of faith. Step forward and see where the Lord will take you!

“The Lord hath done great things for us!” Psalm 126:3.
We don’t need to feel sorry ourselves by constantly reviewing all our troubles. If we do, we will be most miserable, and so will those around us. That is how to become a very lonesome person. The Lord has done many good and wonderful things for us. We need to name them, talk about them, and dwell upon them, and in so doing we will cure ourselves of self pity and have a cheerful spirit. Self pity drives away friends, a cheerful spirit will draw friends.
April 30th
“What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?” I Corinthians 6:19
Our bodies are not our own for we were bought with a price. We were not redeemed with corruptible things, such as silver and gold, but by the precious blood of Jesus Christ. Since our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit we should keep it clean and well swept. Our mind should be stayed on Christ, and not the evil of this world. We are to keep our minds clean, for we belong to the Lord.
“Escape for thy life; look not behind thee, neither stay thou in all the plain; escape to the mountain, lest thou be consumed.” Genesis 19:17b
When danger comes and your life is threatened there is no time to fool around. You must have a safe place to run to and be able to get their quickly. And that refuge better be a sure and safe place. There is a judgment day assigned for every person, you better find a safe retreat, a safe place to hide for that day is surely coming. If you aren’t saved place your faith in Christ alone. For He only is the safe retreat in the day of judgment.
April 28th
“Say not thou, I will recompense evil; but wait on the Lord, and he shall save thee.” Proverbs 20:22
Vengeance is a poison which destroys the soul and the peace of mind. Vengeance is mine saith the Lord, it is not for us to recompense evil for evil. We need to let the Lord take care of our enemies. Hopefully in the process they will come to salvation, and another soul will spend eternity with the Lord.
April 27th
Genesis 5:22a “And Enoch walked with God.”
Just as Enoch walked with the Lord, so should we do also. God does not walk in the paths of sin, so to walk with Him we must be in obedience to His words and His ways. We must keep our life pure. To do so is to be blessed by Him. Deuteronomy 5:33; “Ye shall walk in all the ways which the Lord your God hath commanded you, that ye may live, and that it may be well with you, and that ye may prolong your days in the land which ye shall possess.”

“Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.” Philippians 2:3
Our motives in everything we do is extremely important to God. If we do what others consider good but the motives are selfish; to God they are as filthy rags. And Christians God will rebuke us, we need to be careful. For one day we will stand before Christ and answer for everything we do in this life.

No matter what may be in our future, the Lord will guide us and keep us. God knows the way, and no matter the trials they will not destroy us if we keep our eyes on the Lord. They are designed to refine us. His eye is on His own and nothing can come into our lives as believers unless they are allowed of Him. keep our eyes on the Lord for He loves us and will bring us forth as gold. May the Lord Jesus Christ be praised!

“But one thing is needful:” Luke 10:42a
What is the thing we need to live today. We say it has to be a cellphone, we can’t live without it, or how about a microwave oven, or our computers. Ours cars also, and TV’s, large screen TV’s.
When I was a kid we had only one phone in the house and when we got a second with a longer cord, while we were really living. There were no no microwaves, the TV picture was small, you had to get up to change the channels and volume, and the picture was not that good. But we were happy. None of those things brought real joy or peace in our lives.
If we want real joy and peace, if we want to really enjoy life then there is only one needful thing. That is what Mary wanted in Luke 10:42. It was the Lord Jesus Christ. He is the way to have true Joy, true peace and to have a reason for living.
April 20th
“But as truly as I live, all the earth shall be filled with the glory of the Lord.” Numbers 14:21
It seems as though the forces of the evil one is taking over the earth. Does that worry you, does that make you despair. Remember we have a living God, He is not dead. Everything is under His control including our lives and our country. God is still on His throne, nothing can dethrone Him. The forces of evil are doing all they can, but He is the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, He is the all powerful one. Nothing is able to be done without His permission. One day the earth will be filled with his glory and the evil ones will be nowhere to be found. Praise our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ for He is the creator and sustain er of the Earth.

“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” John 14:6
Listen to what Christ has to say. He is the only Way. Other religions are not the way, there claim is false. If you want to spend eternity with the Lord it has to be through the Lord Jesus Christ. Romans 10:9 “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”
There is only way! Reject it and you will forever curse your own name. Good works will never get you to heaven. Being sincere in what you believe will never get you there either. There is one Way–The Lord Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation. He paid the price for our sins at the Cross of Calvary. Don’t be foolish, “trust in the Lord and you will be saved!

“Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me.” Psalm 138:7
When everything goes wrong it is easy to become downhearted. Discouragement and depression are two of the enemies best weapons. However, our God, the Lord Jesus Christ has defeated the enemy, and will keep us through the storms. Look up for our redemption draweth neigh.

For here have we no continuing city, but we seek one to come.” Hebrews 13:14
The earth we know and all the treasures of this earth are transitory and will pass away. To put our hope and all our strength, mind, will and emotions into this earth is foolish. Instead we should seek the new heaven and earth to come. Those who place their faith and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ will inherit this new heaven and earth. Should we not put our strength, mind will and emotions into getting ready for the earth where we will spend eternity. The only place to find how we should prepare for this new eternal dwelling place is in the “Word of God.” So be wise and live for eternity.

Some teach that you will no longer struggle with sin once you receive Christ. But the Truth is the more faithful and righteous you desire to be, the greater your battle against sin will become. You will see the depths of your heart more clearly and feel the frustration of fighting your flesh, just like Paul, who cried. “Oh wretched man that I am! But praise be to God, we have the Holy Spirit to guide and strengthen us. Through Christ our Lord and Saviour we can become the victor.

There are over 6000 promises in the bible. Not one has ever failed, and not one will ever fail. Trust in the Lord, give Him your heart, claim His promises. They are good promises, and they are given to you to use them.

Isaiah 40:29; “He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.”
They “have no might” in themselves; but in Him they have strength, and He “increases” that strength (2 Co 12:9). “And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.”
Are you weak, are you ready to faint under the burden you are carrying. Trust in the the Lord Jesus Christ and He will renew your strength, He will take your burdens and lead you in the correct way.

“Harden not your hearts” Hebrews 3:8a
Its easy for us to become cold, hardened, bitter and unsympathetic when we become self centered and selfish. These are all sinful acts. Sin hardens us in our life and we can become mean and cruel. But when we allow the holy Spirit to control our lives, our lives become tender, loving, caring individuals. When we read the “Word of God”, our bibles, spend time in prayer our hearts become tender, caring and loving.

“Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: .” Psalm 37:7a
There are times when God wants us to stand still and hear His word. But we are not to stand still too long. God wants us to go forth and conquer the enemy which lies within us, the old nature, through obedience of His word and the strength of the Holy Spirit. Let us move forward in our Christian lives, becoming what the Lord desires us to be. And give praise to His Holy name.

We have God’s word it’s place in our prayers. Prayer is not simply talking to God. It is listening first and then talking. We need our ears to hear what God says to us and then our tongue to answer and then our eye to look for the results. Bible study is the listening side of prayer and then God’s word passes through our heart, and there taking on some of our personality and goes out of our tongue as prayer.

When we walk with the Lord we can be assured that when He gives us a task to do He will help us. Even though the task may look impossible to us, He is the God of the impossible. So do not be dismayed. It is tremendous to have God helping us, we can accomplish whatever He desires through His strength, if we have faith and trust in Him and walk in His ways.

Jesus didn’t say I have finished all the work, but instead, I have finished the work you have given me to do. At the end of the Gospel of John 21:21, Peter asked Christ, speaking of John; “and what shall this man do?” Christ in effect said, what difference does that make, just follow me and do the work I have for you. Christ’s work is different for each of us. Our prayer should be “Father help me to do the work you have given me to do!
April 5th
“Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.” John 14:1-3
We will see Him face to face and have fellowship with Him. It will be a celestial city, a place of unbelievable, shining brilliant beauty. And we will have a body which never grows old, or gets tired, or needs rest, for it will be a glorified body as our Saviour’s. We will serve Him joyfully and be there forever. There will never be a dull moment, there will be no evil or anything that defiles or destroys or harms. It will be paradise. Don’t miss it! Trust in the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be there. Amen.

The Paraclete (Holy Spirit) was sent by Christ to be our comforter, to come alongside and help us live our lives as God the Father desires us to. He is also our spiritual strength. This is only available to believers, for He not only guides in living our lives for Christ and strengthening us spiritually, He also opens understanding of the Scriptures. When controlled by the love of Christ and are guided by the Holy Spirit and the “Word of God” our lives will be lives lived to their fullest.

Christ came to earth to be a sacrifice for the sins of the world. He was crucified on the Cross of Calvary, and buried in an unused grace. If it ended there, we would be most miserable for following a fraud. However Christ did not stay in the grave, He of His own power rose from the dead the third day. This is the history of Easter. Place your faith in Christ and you to will be raised from the dead and spend eternity in joy and happiness with Christ the Creator and sustainer of the earth.

“But if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen: 14 And if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain. I Corinthians 15:13-14
All the resurrection promises in the Old Testament center around the coming of the Redeemer, the Savior, the Messiah. Christ had to come or else all those in the Old Testament who died in faith would have died in vain.
Likewise, without the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the grave, the hope of all Christians for eternal life would be in vain. However Christ came to this earth, lived a perfect life and freely of His own will went to the Cross of Calvary and gave His life a sacrifice to pay for the sins of the world.
Our preaching is not in vain for He did raise from the grave and all who put their faith and trust in Him will likewise be raised from the grave. For He is our life and length of days. Make this the best Easter you have ever had,place your faith and trust in Jesus Christ.

There were but twelve called apostles, and one of them was like a devil; surely we must never expect any society to be quite pure on this side heaven. The greater profession men make of religion, the greater opportunity they have of doing mischief, if their hearts be not right with God. Observe, that Christ’s own disciple, who knew so well his doctrine and manner of his life, and was false to him, could not charge him with any thing criminal, though it would have served to justify his treachery. What did Judas want? Was not he welcome wherever his Master was? Did he not fare as Christ fared? It is not the lack, but the love of money, that is the root of all evil. After he had made that wicked bargain, Judas had time to repent, and to revoke it; but when lesser acts of dishonesty have hardened the conscience men do without hesitation that which is more shameful. “He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.” Isaiah 53:3
Isaiah 53 is the heart of the gospel. It talks of Jesus Christ who was sent by God the Father to be the Messiah of Israel and the Saviour of the entire world. He was despised and rejected of all men. He is still despised by most of the world today. Most religions are tolerated and even discussed in schools, except for Christ. We were born dead in trespasses and sins with a hatred towards Christ. He is held in low esteem by most, and indifference by the majority of others. While we were sinners God gave His only begotten son to die on the cross for my sin and the sin of the entire world. . To reject Christ is to reject life, to reject truth. Without Him there is only eternal punishment, for He gave His life to save us from an eternity of hopelessness of hell. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved. Won’t you trust in Him today.

“And after this Joseph of Arimathaea, being a disciple of Jesus, but secretly for fear of the Jews, besought Pilate that he might take away the body of Jesus: and Pilate gave him leave. He came therefore, and took the body of Jesus.” John 19:38
We cannot be a force for good until we declare ourselves to be on the side of Christ. There are too many secret disciples of Christ like Joseph of Arimathaea. It was following the death of Christ on the cross that he openly declared his love and dedication to Christ. It was this circumstance that forced him to come out in the open of who he served. May we not wait until circumstances dictate it before we declare who we are and who we serve.

Ephesians 5:1-2 “Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children; And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.”
Because God, for Christ’s sake, has forgiven us, we are to be followers of God, imitators of God. Especially in his love and goodness, for it becomes us, the beloved by their heavenly Father, to show this love to those around us. In Christ’s sacrifice his love triumphs, we need to be proclaimers of God’s truth in love, we are to glorify Christ our Saviour and Lord and walk in the light of His Word.

“By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went.” Hebrews 11:8
If we obey God only when we are able to see what He is doing we will never obey Him. He is Sovereign, He knows all, we are finite creatures, He is infinite. His knowledge and understanding is as far beyond ours than the distance from the earth to the farthest universe which He has created. If we desire to do His will in our lives then we must believe and obey and do what He gives us to do. Trust and obey for there is no other way, is a statement that as believers we must put into their lives.

Hebrews 4:12 “For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.”
The Word of God is like a lion. You don’t have to defend a lion. All you have to do is let the lion loose, and the lion will defend itself. Charles Spurgeon

“The rich man died also” Luke 16:22
This man died with a failed life! You may say how so, he was a rich man. Yes a rich man in things of this earth. He ended only the first chapter of his life, his life on this earth. But what about the second chapter, the eternal one. He failed to concern himself about his eternal soul and gave no concern for life following this earth. His wealth and fame are now gone and he will forever be spiritually bankrupt in a world without any blessings, a world of punishment. Please don’t make the same mistake. Jesus Christ died on the cross of Calvary to pay for our sins, believe on Him and ask forgiveness of your sins. Eternity is long, but He made it possible to end your life in victory. Not because of your greatness, but because of His. “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16.

Isaiah 26:3 “Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.”
A heart and mind that focuses and is stayed on the Lord will have perfect peace. Even in times of trouble when doubts curtail our peace think on Him. Our lives are to be lived to Glorify our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Think on Him, trust in Him and you will have His peace even in the midst of turmoil. Praise His name forever.

The Lord is a God of infinite mercy and grace:
TITLE. A Psalm of Praise; or rather of thanksgiving. This is the only psalm bearing this precise inscription. It is all ablaze with grateful adoration, and has for this reason been a great favourite with the people of God ever since it was written. “Let us sing the Old Hundredth” is one of the every-day expressions of the Christian church, and will be so while men, exist whose hearts are loyal to the Great King. Nothing can be more sublime this side heaven than the singing of this noble psalm by a vast congregation. Watts’ paraphrase, beginning “Before Jehovah’s awful throne, “and the Scotch “All people that on earth do dwell, “are both noble versions; and event Tare and Brady rise beyond themselves when they sing–

In this divine lyric we sing with gladness the creating power and goodness of the Lord, even as before with trembling we adored his holiness.

Philippians 4:6-7 “Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”
When we spend time in prayer talking and listening to the Lord He will give us His peace. Not the peace of the world, but the peace of God. It will keep our hearts and minds from worry and concern. Therefore spend time with Him and the Lord will give a peaceful heart and joy within the soul.

Proverbs 30:4 “Who hath gathered the wind in his fists? who hath bound the waters in a garment? who hath established all the ends of the earth? what is his name, and what is his son’s name, if thou canst tell?”
Genesis 1:1 and Genesis 2:4 said that God created the earth (dry land). Genesis 1:9-10 said that God caused the waters to gather together causing dry land (earth) to appear. So God CREATED the earth by moving aside the water so that the dry land could APPEAR. God has established the earth, and it will exist in all its seasons until it is His will to remake it.
God has a Son, His name is Jesus Christ, 100% God and 100% man. Men deny the deity of Christ and say He is not mentioned in the Old Testament. But it is the Old Testament which tells of Him. Man believes they are in control but they are not. Some say climate change will destroy all life on this planet and that we must act quickly to save our lives and the planet. Christ holds it together by the power of His word, and puny man has nothing to say about it.
“Climate Change” is just deceitful men and women desiring to rule over us. Who do we think we are? God! Be careful, for the pride and deceit of man has sealed the fate of millions. Trust the Lord Jesus Christ, for He is the all powerful one, and to Him one day we must all give an account . This earth will stand with its seasons until He declares it to end. So stop being concerned by the fear mongering of those who think they are something, but are nothing before Him.

“No man, when he hath lighted a candle, covereth it with a vessel, or putteth it under a bed; but setteth it on a candlestick, that they which enter in may see the light.” Luke 8:16
Do we cover our light with an inconsistent life. If we do we need to draw closer to the Lord, to spend much time in prayer and Bible study. It is only as our minds are stayed on Him that we are able to live a life that is able to bring Glory to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, and to be a witness to those around us.

Numbers 35:33 “So ye shall not pollute the land wherein ye are: for blood it defileth the land: and the land cannot be cleansed of the blood that is shed therein, but by the blood of him that shed it.”
Psalm 106:38 “And shed innocent blood, even the blood of their sons and of their daughters, whom they sacrificed unto the idols of Canaan: and the land was polluted with blood.”
Numbers 35:30 “Whoso killeth any person, the murderer shall be put to death by the mouth of witnesses: but one witness shall not testify against any person to cause him to die.”
The land is defiled by innocent blood. This was true in the Old Testament and is true today as well. It cannot be cleansed, appeased or pardoned until the guilty party’s life is forfeited. (This is the job of the government, not of the individual, I repeat not of the individual, for if you do take the murderers life then you also are a murderer in the eyes of God) Pagans in the past had child sacrifice, but you say we do not have child sacrifice today in this country.
I beg to disagree with you. Since Roe v. Wade in 1973; Over 61,628,584 babies have been killed, murdered by abortion. Lets put that in perspective; The latest data released by the U.S. Census Bureau showed the population of the state of New York in 2019 was 19.5 million people. New York is the fourth largest state in the United States.
Now abortion is not called child sacrifice or murder. And the victims are not called children. Different terms are used in an attempt to hide the reality of what is actually happening in this modern-day holocaust. Terms like fetal tissue, abortion, pro-choice, women’s rights, women’s health care, and other words are used to hide a reality: the killing of a human being made in the image of God! It’s murder! It’s child sacrifice.
Romans chapter 1 makes it clear that God will pour out His wrath in judgment upon a culture that rebels against Him. I suggest that perhaps God is now judging the nations that have shed the blood of millions of children sacrificed to the god of self. And the blood of over 61 million babies is a lot of blood crying out to God for judgment upon this land.

2 Corinthians 4:16-17 ” but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day. For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;”
Our outward man does perish daily. We don’t notice this until we get older or our health begins to go downhill. The graveyard reminds us that we are not invincible and one day our fleshly lives will come to an end. We must remember that we are given only a certain numbers of days on this life, each person is different and that day could come at any moment.
For those who have never believed on the Lord Jesus Christ eternity will be one of hopelessness, but for those who have believed on the Lord Jesus Christ it will be a brand new beginning. A beginning full of hope, blessings and seeing our Saviour face to face. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved. May you do this today!

Ruth 3:18 “Then said she, Sit still, my daughter, until thou know how the matter will fall: for the man will not be in rest, until he have finished the thing this day.”
This was good advice to Ruth, and it is very good advice to us. Faith tells us to sit down and patiently wait upon the Lord in order to know and do the Lord’s will in our lives. Worry and impatience has no place in the life of a believer. Wait upon the Lord, don’t rush ahead, and don’t lag behind. Allow the Lord to guide and direct our lives, in this way we will be a productive Christian for our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
March 15th
“And they departed into a desert place by ship privately.” Mark 6:32
Who wants to go to a desert place? Is there anything there, Nothing! So what is the point? We need to get alone with God without any detractions from the world around us. We need this alone place where we can talk with and listen to God to recharge our souls and spirits with divine power. It is impossible to hear His voice with all the noise and interference of the world around us, and without hearing His voice we are not able to live a life pleasing to Him.

Psalm 23:4 “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.”
There is coming a day when each of us will face death. How many times in our lives has the Lord protected us from harm and death that we have no way of knowing. For a believer Christ is our Lord and Saviour and protector. We are in the hollow of His hand and He will protect us, for the length of our days are determined by Him. So we should not fear evil, and when as a believer we walk through the valley of the shadow of death only. Why? Because to be absent from the body is to be present with our Saviour. Death is only a shadow to us, our true live begins when we are in the presence of Christ.
March 13th
“And whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple. For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it?” Luke 14:27-28
We must count the cost for serving our Lord, consider it will cost the mortifying of our sin, even our most loved lusts. The proudest and most daring sinner cannot stand against God, for who knows the power of his anger? It is to our interest to seek peace with him. In some way a disciple of Christ will be put to the trial, to try His faith and love for His Lord and Saviour. May we seek to truly be His disciples, and be careful not to grow slack in our service to Him, or fear of the cross, and whatever we may face in the world. So that we may become the salt of the earth, to season those around us with the savor and blessings of Christ. And to add to those who will spend eternity with Him, blessed be His name forever.
March 12th
Proverbs 14:34 “Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people.”
A nation’s real greatness consists not in its conquests, magnificence, military or artistic skill, but its obeying the “Word of God”. The nation that forgets God’s laws and puts mans law in prominence over God’s Word will ultimately come to slavery and destruction. History proves this. Nations walk in disobedience to God’s way and ultimately they are destroyed. America has turned its back on the God of the universe and will ultimately pay the penalty. May our leaders turn to the Lord and may we as Americans turn to the Lord also. He is our only hope and Salvation.
March 10th
Luke 24:11 “And their words seemed to them as idle tales, and they believed them not.”
Idle tales are another way of saying something is “utter nonsense.” The “Word of God” has always been scoffed at, ridiculed, made fun of by those who refuse to even look into the Scriptures. In this verse they are talking about those who refused to believe in the resurrection of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Scripture tells us to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved. For all others are false gods and false prophets.
Today we are seeing the banning of books and movies because of racist and insensitive imagery, and the beginning of segregation and calling it something else. These books and movies are banned, because those behind it have a hidden, evil agenda, which they do not want any of us to know. But yet pornography must be considered okay. First you ban voices which disagree with you, then ban books, then ban movies. Wald Disney’s “Dumbo” and “Peter Pan” for a few. Next will be the banning of the “Bible” the “Word of God.” Next will be our freedom! Always be leery of those who promise you everything, there is usually deceit in their hearts.
So Jesus said to the Jews (and says to all people) who had believed him, “If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” John 8:31-32.
The “Word of God” is the only thing that can set a person or a nation free. Don’t be hoodwinked by those who will soon ban this book because of their bias and hatred of the Lord Jesus Christ. For Christ said “the truth will set you free.” Watch out for the smooth tongued, they have only misery planned for this country.
March 9th
“The devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them;” Matthew 4:8
Can you imagine seeing the glory of all the kingdoms of the earth, all their splendor and majesty. But Christ had seen the glory of heaven, and compared to heaven the glory of the kingdoms of the earth would be pretty pathetic. How could earths appeal be anything after seeing true glory, the glory of heaven. For those of us who have believed in the Lord Jesus Christ, when we see the glory of heaven and especially the glory of our Saviour, the glory of earth will instantly pass away!
March 8th
“The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.” Psalm 9:17
This should be a fearful thought to every person on this earth. For hell is real, real people go there, real people are there in torment right now!. It is a horrible place, but Jesus Christ died that none would ever go there. He paid the price on the Cross of Calvary so we would be with Him in eternity instead of in a place of endless suffering. John 3:16 tells us how to escape hell; “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Don’t listen to those who say; “there is no God, so there can be no hell.” Or to those that say; “there may be a God but it’s silly to think of people being in hell, or to those who say; “there is a God, but a God of love and he will not send anyone to hell.” If you listen to them you will end up in the same hell as they will be. For God is a loving God, but a Just God, and those who reject His Son, Jesus Christ will soon understand the lies above, but it will be too late. Be wise and do as John 3:16 tells you. You will forever be thankful.
March 7th
“And he did that which was right in the sight of the Lord…Save that the high places were not removed…And the Lord smote the king, so that he was a leper.” II Kings 15:3-5
No matter how much good you do, the good will never justify the evil you do. No man is perfect, therefore our only hope is in a Saviour, Jesus Christ.
March 6th
Psalm 25:5 “Lead me in thy truth, and teach me: for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day.”
Psalm 31:3; “For thou art my rock and my fortress; therefore for thy name’s sake lead me, and guide me.”
The Lord is our rock and our fortress, we can depend upon Him in the circumstances of our lives. He is dependable, He will guide is in the correct way to go and He is the hope of the believer. Not a wishful type of hope, but hope in the Bible is a consistent hope, a confident expectation, an assuredness of our future. It is a promise of what He will do, and His word is truth and He always preforms His word.
So trust in the Lord, for what He tells us He will bring it to pass! Praise the Lord!
March 5th
1 John 5:14-15 “And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.”
Upon a quick reading it sounds like God will answer any of our prayers. So when we pray and the answer isn’t what we want it to be, or there seems to be no answer we get mad at the Lord. But look closely, there is a prerequisite to our prayers. “If we ask anything according to His will! He answers prayer that are in agreement with His will, not our will, and He answers it in His way and in His timing.
Mrs. Billy Graham once told a group f ladies that God had not answered all of her prayers. And she was glad He didn’t. She said, “If He had, I would have been married to the wrong man…several times.” (Taken from the Penna. State Sunday School Association, letter.)
If we want our prayers answered, then they must be in God’s will, in His timing, and in His way. In other words “not our will”, but “God’s will!”
March 4th
Acts 7:18 “Till another king arose, which knew not Joseph.”
Things change from day to day. Today everything seems to be going great, when suddenly something unexpectedly happens. Its like a storm which instantly breaks upon us. And they usually come at inopportune times in our lives. As believers we don’t always act as we should and our witness of Christ falters. These times of testing allow us to see our faith and trust, which is not always as it should be. Our eyes are pulled away from our Saviour, Jesus Christ, upon the current circumstances. We can be rude and unkind during these times. But, get our eyes back on the Lord and He will carry us through the storm. Those dark clouds before us will give way the sunshine of another day. The sun will shine again. We must trust and obey.
March 3rd
Romans 10:9 “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the LORD Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” Romans 5:8-9 “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.” Romans 3:23 “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” Romans 3:10 “As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:”
There it is in a nutshell. The world looks for the fountain of youth, to live forever and these five verses show the way. Jesus Christ is the way to eternal life, we have death because we are sinners and have an old nature of sin, but He loved us and died for us. Not one of us is righteous, and only those with Christ’s righteousness will receive eternal life. For Jesus Christ is our life and our length of days, but only to those who place their faith in Him. To reject Him is to choose eternal death, be wise, for there is no other way to have eternal life. With Him there is hope, without Him all is hopeless!
March 2nd
Mark 6:48 “And he saw them toiling in rowing; for the wind was contrary unto them: and about the fourth watch of the night he cometh unto them, walking upon the sea, and would have passed by them.”
Christ’s disciples were literally distressed for their lives, the wind and the waves were against them and they were making no headway as they fought against the storm. The word “toiling” literally means to be tormented or distressed. This they were as they were no doubt exhausted rowing against the raging sea. Their spirit was in fear as they struggled through out the night. But Christ in their trouble came to them.
It seems life is full of problems, some small, some larger, but in God’s loving eyes they are not problems. He allows these testing’s to come into our lives in order that we throw ourselves at His knees asking for His guidance and help. It’s times like these that we see His love and saving grace for us. It also allows us to see how strong our faith in Christ is. It’s the storms of life that strengthen our faith in our Saviour . Through these testing’s we learn and can see that no matter what comes upon us, He is our rock, He is our Salvation. Even though we don’t like these problems, testing’s, He has designed them for our good. May we allow these times in our lives to draw us closer to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ!

Ephesians 2:10 “For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.”
The original text says, “we are His Poem.” You are a work of Divine creation. The Lord composed you, and as a sculptor hews and image out of the rock and creates a work of art. God has taken you, a poor lost sinner and made you his own creation of beauty. (Ralph W. Neighbour Sr. D.D.)
February 28th
Obadiah 1:4 “The pride of thine heart hath deceived thee, thou that dwellest in the clefts of the rock, whose habitation is high; that saith in his heart, Who shall bring me down to the ground? Though thou exalt thyself as the eagle, and though thou set thy nest among the stars, thence will I bring thee down, saith the LORD.”
This prophecy is against Edom, however, it is against any nation that magnifies itself against God. He can easily make void those who magnify and exalt themselves over Him, and He will do it. Our fleshly security puffs us up and brings us to ruin, and our pride makes the ruin worse when it comes. We in our puffed up pride put our wisdom above that of the Lord.
Perhaps that is what has happened to America. We have put our wisdom above His. We now call what He said is Good we say is Evil! We say what He says is Evil, that it is Good! “Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight! Therefore as the fire devoureth the stubble, and the flame consumeth the chaff, so their root shall be as rottenness, and their blossom shall go up as dust: because they have cast away the law of the LORD of hosts, and despised the word of the Holy One of Israel. Therefore is the anger of the LORD kindled against his people, and he hath stretched forth his hand against them, and hath smitten them: and the hills did tremble, and their carcases were torn in the midst of the streets. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.” Isaiah 5:20-25
When those in power destroy others, when they call evil good, and good evil they will be turned and oppressed and destroyed themselves. Those called to places of responsibility and trust and power, should seek God’s grace and mercy, and humble themselves before the Lord. For they will ultimately answer to the Lord Jesus Christ.
February 27th
I Timothy 2: 2-5: “I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; 2 For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. 3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; 4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. 5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;”
The Lord is concerned about all men and women on the earth. First of all He wants us to pray and give thanks for all men. We are to pray for those in authority that we may lead a life on this earth that is quiet and peaceable. He also wants every man and woman to be saved; are we as concerned as He is? Most of the world is unsaved and wants nothing to do with the Lord. What are we doing to bring others to salvation? May the Lord convict our hearts that we may show the way, show how the Lord Jesus Christ paid the price for our salvation and all of mankind. For He is the only way to God, for He paid the price, and all other ways lead to eternal death. Pray that the eyes of men and women are opened to truth. For Christ is the way, the truth and the life, the only way!
February 26th
Obadiah 1:15 “For the day of the LORD is near upon all the heathen: as thou hast done, it shall be done unto thee: thy reward shall return upon thine own head.”
This is the golden rule in reverse! Those who do evil will be recompensed evil upon their own heads. Our deeds do come back to us. A merciful God will be just as merciful to you as you have been merciful to others. We cannot get away with evil, for God sees all and knows all, and recompenses evil for evil. Instead be wise and give your heart to the Lord Jesus Christ, while you still may do so.
February 25th
“The Lord is good, a refuge in times of trouble. He cares for those who trust in him.” Nahum 1:7
It is only those who put their faith and trust in the Lord that know how good He is. He loves His own and is magnificent and wonderful to them. In our days of struggle we need to seek the Lord for He is our stronghold. Satan cannot touch a believer who is hidden in Christ Jesus. Those who do not put their trust in Christ have no idea what they are missing. Praise the Lord for He is Good!
February 24th
Isaiah 40:28 : “Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding.”
Hast thou not known is a reproof from the Lord! He wants us to know that He is willing and able to deliver us from our problems and troubles. Why? Because He is the Creator of all that exists. He created the mountains, the oceans, the beautiful sky, everything that is good. He never tires, He never becomes weary, His eyes see us at all times and He knows our frame that we are but dust.
His ways are unsearchable for He is much higher than us. If He had not sought us first, we would never be able to know Him. His Word, the Bible, is a guide in our lives on this earth and in eternity. Read it, study it, believe it, for it is the truth and speaks of His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ. He asks us to put our trust in Him, believe Him, obey His commands and He will lead us and guide us. During troubling times throw yourself into His loving arms and you will never be disappointed. All that seek Him will find Him, for He never turns away a true seeking heart.
February 23rd
“A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things.” Matthew 12:35
It’s an easy thing for rivers or streams to run downhill and for apple trees to bear apples isn’t it? In the same way it is not hard for a man or woman walking under the control of the Holy Spirit and in whom God dwells to do good deeds. What is in the heart will reveal itself, and the Lord in the heart produces many good deeds. A heart without the Lord will ultimately produce evil deeds. Scripture tells us we shall know them by their works!
February 22nd
Romans 12:2; “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.“
“First, he brought me here, it is by His wilI I am in this strait place: in that fact I will rest.
Next, he will keep me here in His love, and give me grace to behave as his child.
Then, He will make the trial a blessing, teaching me the lessons He intends me to learn, and working in me the grace He means to bestow.
Last, in his good time He can bring me out again–how and when He knows.
Let me say I am here.

Give God time to reveal Himself to you. Give yourself time to be silent and quiet before Him, waiting to receive, through the Spirit, the assurance of His presence with you, His power working in you. Most or our battle is with “self”. Self wants to be in control of our lives, and that is truly a battle. How much of self controls our life is dependent upon how much we allow Christ to be in control of our lives. But when Christ becomes pre-eminent in our lives self dies. That should be the goal of our lives, to allow Christ to be pre-eminent.

Therefore if any man be in Christ he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold all things are become new. For He hath made Him to be sin for us, who knew no sin, that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him. II Corinthians 5:17,21
February 19th
“One generation passeth away, and another generation cometh: but the earth abideth for ever.” Ecclesiastes 1:4
Each generation through their laws, beliefs, morality and goals produces the world in which they live. They pass off the scene and a new generation comes into power. What kind of a world did we in this generation produce. Loss of morality, ungodly, greedy, power hungry leaders. The next generation will slide downward still more. This is the slide of society’s. A downward spiral from the godly to the ungodly, from the moral to the immoral, from leaders who lead, to leaders who enslave. What are we doing to make the world and mankind what the Lord wants it to be. The light of Jesus Christ is the only hope for a society to remain free. Pray for our nation, for our leaders, pray for the mercy of the Lord!
January 18th
“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.” Jeremiah 29:11
Isn’t it a shame that so many speak as the false prophets of Israel. False prophets flatter with their lips because people love to be flattered. They speak smooth words to get what they want.
False prophets and liars always use silky words to get their way. They always have their own desires in mind, not any others. Their words cross their lips like butter, smooth and silky, they use deceit until they get what they want, then their true selves come out.
They are dangerous for life and our soul, beware of them, for no matter their goal the Lord of Heaven and Earth watches over us. He thinks thoughts of peace and not of evil towards us. The Lord tells us in Proverbs 3:5-6
“Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.” The Lord is our peace, our security and our safety. His words are true, their is no deceit in His lips. He will direct our paths He will lead us in the way to go. We have a good God, one we can completely trust. The Lord Jesus Christ is His name.
February 17th
And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform.” Romans 4:21
Do we actually believe God can do all things? Do we really love and trust our Lord and Saviour? Or are we as the Israelites when they were in the wilderness, constantly unsatisfied and always complaining.? The Lord loves us and guides our lives! This being true we are able trust Him, no matter what happens, it is for our best. He constantly watches over us. He will not allow evil to overtake us, He is able to deliver, we need only trust in His loving care and worship Him as our Lord and Saviour! For He is the Mighty One, there is none that can compare to Him, the Awesome Creator and Sustainer of the Universe and us! Praise His Holy name!
February 16th
The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower. I will call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies. Psalm 18:2-3
When the winds of trouble come into our lives it’s good to have a deliverer, a fortress, a rock to trust in. Men fail us, but God never will, He is our strength, He is our salvation and protector. He is worthy to be praised, He will save us from our enemies. This prayer of David is an encouragement when life goes topsy-turvy, when everything goes bad and we don’t know where to turn or what to do. We can lean on His strong arms and know that He will keep us. He kept Daniel in the Lions den, and the three Hebrew children when they were thrown into the fiery furnace. Even if the Lions would have destroyed Daniel and the three Hebrew children had been consumed by the fiery furnace, the Lord would have kept them unto Himself. This is a promise of God to His children.
But this promise is only to those who have placed their faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. So won’t you place your faith and trust in Him, there is none other who will love and care for you as much as He. This doesn’t mean there won’t be any problems or heartaches or troubles in our lives, it means He will keep us through them, and give us His joy. Praise His Holy name forever, for He is worthy!
February 15th
“ Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the city, the watchman waketh [but] in vain.” Psalm 127:1
Benjamin Franklin said: ” The longer I live, the more convincing proofs I see of this truth, that God governs in the affairs of men. And if a sparrow cannot fall to the ground without His notice, is it probable that an empire can rise without His aid?….except the Lord builds the house they labor in vain that build it.” I firmly believe this; and I also believe that without His concurring aid we shall succeed in this political building no better than the builders of Babel: We shall be divided…our projects will be confounded. And what is worse, mankind may hereafter…despair of establishing Governments by Human Wisdom and leave it to change, war, and conquest.
I therefore…move that henceforth prayers imploring the assistance of Heaven…be held in this assembly every morning before we proceed to business.
God answered the prayers: on September 17, 1787, the draft was completed, supporting Franklin’s assertion: that they should fail in this “grand experiment” of liberty unless they sought the “assistance of Heaven.”If we build our government on our own wisdom leaving the Lord out of it we will find that evil men and women will control every decision in our lives. It is only through the Lord and His Word is their wisdom that will give freedom to its citizens. Men enslave, the Lord gives freedom. The day our country forgets the Lord and does what it desires, we will see our freedoms eroding, and the leaders becoming evil despots. Look at our country, and decide for yourself!
February 14th
“For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;” II Timothy 4:3
Sound doctrine is only found in the Word of God and only delivered by pastors who preach the whole counsel of God. Therefore there are and always have been those who do not want to hear the truth of the Gospel preached. They search out teachers who will preach a message that is not from God. In the Old Testament false prophets abounded and they spoke lies claiming them to be from God. Today is the same, and perhaps becoming worse. For there are many, many teachers who say they proclaim the Word of God but are false teachers, teaching with smooth words what men want to hear. For men desire to hear what tickles their ears. Words that will calm their souls and allow them to continue in their sin. False teachers lead their flocks to the Lake of Fire, while teachers of Sound Doctrine lead the way to Eternal Life. Life is Short–Eternity is forever, choose wisely whom you will listen to.
February 13th
“And the eye cannot say unto the hand, I have no need of thee: nor again the head to the feet, I have no need of you.”
I Corinthians 12:21
Just as our bodies cannot say they have no need of the feet, nor to our eyes that we don’t need you. We all need one another to make one complete body, the church. Since our Lord gives the gifts He desires each of us to have we can trust His wisdom and Grace. His way is never wrong for He is Holy and Righteous and Just and is working in each of us to make us into the image of His dear Son. And so He has given all believers gifts of His choosing, Individual gifts hand picked by Him, and each of those are unique when combined with our personalities. No gift is more important than another gift and we all need each other. May God be glorified forever!
“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” John 14:6
Listen to what Christ has to say. He is the only Way. Other religions are not the way, there claim is false. If you want to spend eternity with the Lord it has to be through the Lord Jesus Christ. Romans 10:9 “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”
There is only way! Reject it and you will forever curse your own name. Good works will never get you to heaven. Being sincere in what you believe will never get you there either. There is one Way–The Lord Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation. He paid the price for our sins at the Cross of Calvary. Don’t be foolish, “trust in the Lord and you will be saved!
April 18th
“Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me.” Psalm 138:7
When everything goes wrong it is easy to become downhearted. Discouragement and depression are two of the enemies best weapons. However, our God, the Lord Jesus Christ has defeated the enemy, and will keep us through the storms. Look up for our redemption draweth neigh.
April 17th
“For here have we no continuing city, but we seek one to come.” Hebrews 13:14
The earth we know and all the treasures of this earth are transitory and will pass away. To put our hope and all our strength, mind, will and emotions into this earth is foolish. Instead we should seek the new heaven and earth to come. Those who place their faith and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ will inherit this new heaven and earth. Should we not put our strength, mind will and emotions into getting ready for the earth where we will spend eternity. The only place to find how we should prepare for this new eternal dwelling place is in the “Word of God.” So be wise and live for eternity.
April 16th
“O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?” Romans 7:24
Some teach that you will no longer struggle with sin once you receive Christ. But the Truth is the more faithful and righteous you desire to be, the greater your battle against sin will become. You will see the depths of your heart more clearly and feel the frustration of fighting your flesh, just like Paul, who cried. “Oh wretched man that I am! But praise be to God, we have the Holy Spirit to guide and strengthen us. Through Christ our Lord and Saviour we can become the victor.
April 15th
“Hitherto hath the LORD helped us.” I Samuel 7:12b
You may have absolute confidence as you face the future, for the God who helped you in the past will continue to help you in the future. You cannot and will not fail. If your life is in His hands, to obey His will, you will have perfect peace. Obey Him and succeed. Ralph W. Neighbour

“there hath not failed one word of all his good promise.” I Kings 8:56b
There are over 6000 promises in the bible. Not one has ever failed, and not one will ever fail. Trust in the Lord, give Him your heart, claim His promises. They are good promises, and they are given to you to use them.

Isaiah 40:29; “He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.”
They “have no might” in themselves; but in Him they have strength, and He “increases” that strength (2 Co 12:9). “And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. April 12th
“Your country is desolate, your cities are burned with fire: your land, strangers devour it in your presence, and it is desolate, as overthrown by strangers.” Isaiah 1:7
When a nation defies moral laws by legalizing mass murder of children, teaching evolution, same sex marriage and multiple genders, taking God out of Schools, teaching adultery and many other sins that nation is in trouble. The penalty is divine punishment and the withdrawal of His blessings. May we come back as a country, as believers in Christ and hopefully God will again bless this nation. He is our only hope!

A bitter spirit can happen to any one of us if we aren’t careful. A bitter root can grow inside our hearts and fester long before its fruit shows itself. Unresolved anger, a spirit that will not forgive, resentment, jealousy, contaminates our heart and will cause us to plunge into bitterness. Bitterness is rottenness to the bones and will destroy our health. It will separate us from friends and cause us to age quicker. The Lord tells us to forgive, forgiveness helps us to stay youthful, and in old age there will be a pleasantness about us that others will see.
April 9th
“O give thanks unto the Lord; call upon his name: make known his deeds among the people. Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him: talk ye of all his wondrous works.” Psalm 105:1-2.
One of the greatest things as believers that we can do is to give thanks to our Lord. Make His mighty and wondrous deeds and works be seen among the nations. Be a light and beacon, reflecting His word to those around us. Let us talk of His goodness and His mercy. For He is our Lord and Saviour, He looks over us and we will one day be with His glorious presence. Praise His Holy name, for He is worthy.
April 8th
“The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever.” Psalm 111:10
When God ceases to be God, then you may cease to praise Him. When God no longer has authority, then you need no longer serve Him. When God stops giving to us, we may stop giving to him. When God discontinues saving souls, we may stop witnessing. But God endureth forever; He changes not, therefore we should be forever faithful. Ralph W. Neighbour

We are to praise the Creator God because “He hath made the heavens, even the highest heavens.” He gave life to everything and we are to worship Him for He is worthy.

“I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.” Psalm 139:14
In 24 hours, our heart pumps approximately 10,000 quarts of blood. The energy to do this is equal to that needed to life a medium height adult to the top of the empire State building daily! If we live to be 70 years of age, our hearts will have pumped some three and a half million barrels of blood, beating nearly three billion times. No wonder the Bible tells us that God fearfully and wonderfully created us.
April 5th
“I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do.”
Jesus came to earth to fulfill a mission,and in the three short years of His ministry, He accomplished all that God had given Him to do. However, His mission in our lives is not finished. He continually works to transform us into His image, but like the women who came to the tomb, we don’t always know how the difficulties and suffering of this life are part of the process. However, we know that glory will follow suffering just as it did in Jesus life. Our resurrection hope is sure, and one day we will see our Saviour face to face when our mission here on earth is complete. Charles Stanley.

“That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;” Ephesians 3:16
The Paraclete (Holy Spirit) was sent by Christ to be our comforter, to come alongside and help us live our lives as God the Father desires us to. He is also our spiritual strength. This is only available to believers, for He not only guides in living our lives for Christ and strengthening us spiritually, He also opens understanding of the Scriptures. When controlled by the love of Christ and are guided by the Holy Spirit and the “Word of God” our lives will be lives lived to their fullest.

Christ came to earth to be a sacrifice for the sins of the world. He was crucified on the Cross of Calvary, and buried in an unused grace. If it ended there, we would be most miserable for following a fraud. However Christ did not stay in the grave, He of His own power rose from the dead the third day. This is the history of Easter. Place your faith in Christ and you to will be raised from the dead and spend eternity in joy and happiness with Christ the Creator and sustainer of the earth.

“But if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen: 14 And if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain. I Corinthians 15:13-14
All the resurrection promises in the Old Testament center around the coming of the Redeemer, the Savior, the Messiah. Christ had to come or else all those in the Old Testament who died in faith would have died in vain.
Likewise, without the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the grave, the hope of all Christians for eternal life would be in vain. However Christ came to this earth, lived a perfect life and freely of His own will went to the Cross of Calvary and gave His life a sacrifice to pay for the sins of the world.
Our preaching is not in vain for He did raise from the grave and all who put their faith and trust in Him will likewise be raised from the grave. For He is our life and length of days. Make this the best Easter you have ever had,place your faith and trust in Jesus Christ.

There were but twelve called apostles, and one of them was like a devil; surely we must never expect any society to be quite pure on this side heaven. The greater profession men make of religion, the greater opportunity they have of doing mischief, if their hearts be not right with God. Observe, that Christ’s own disciple, who knew so well his doctrine and manner of his life, and was false to him, could not charge him with any thing criminal, though it would have served to justify his treachery. What did Judas want? Was not he welcome wherever his Master was? Did he not fare as Christ fared? It is not the lack, but the love of money, that is the root of all evil. After he had made that wicked bargain, Judas had time to repent, and to revoke it; but when lesser acts of dishonesty have hardened the conscience men do without hesitation that which is more shameful. March 30th
“He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.” Isaiah 53:3
Isaiah 53 is the heart of the gospel. It talks of Jesus Christ who was sent by God the Father to be the Messiah of Israel and the Saviour of the entire world. He was despised and rejected of all men. He is still despised by most of the world today. Most religions are tolerated and even discussed in schools, except for Christ. We were born dead in trespasses and sins with a hatred towards Christ. He is held in low esteem by most, and indifference by the majority of others. While we were sinners God gave His only begotten son to die on the cross for my sin and the sin of the entire world. . To reject Christ is to reject life, to reject truth. Without Him there is only eternal punishment, for He gave His life to save us from an eternity of hopelessness of hell. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved. Won’t you trust in Him today.
March 29th
“And after this Joseph of Arimathaea, being a disciple of Jesus, but secretly for fear of the Jews, besought Pilate that he might take away the body of Jesus: and Pilate gave him leave. He came therefore, and took the body of Jesus.” John 19:38
We cannot be a force for good until we declare ourselves to be on the side of Christ. There are too many secret disciples of Christ like Joseph of Arimathaea. It was following the death of Christ on the cross that he openly declared his love and dedication to Christ. It was this circumstance that forced him to come out in the open of who he served. May we not wait until circumstances dictate it before we declare who we are and who we serve.

Ephesians 5:1-2 “Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children; And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.”
Because God, for Christ’s sake, has forgiven us, we are to be followers of God, imitators of God. Especially in his love and goodness, for it becomes us, the beloved by their heavenly Father, to show this love to those around us. In Christ’s sacrifice his love triumphs, we need to be proclaimers of God’s truth in love, we are to glorify Christ our Saviour and Lord and walk in the light of His Word.

Hebrews 4:12 “For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.”
The Word of God is like a lion. You don’t have to defend a lion. All you have to do is let the lion loose, and the lion will defend itself. Charles Spurgeon
March 23rd
Isaiah 26:3 “Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.”
A heart and mind that focuses and is stayed on the Lord will have perfect peace. Even in times of trouble when doubts curtail our peace think on Him. Our lives are to be lived to Glorify our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Think on Him, trust in Him and you will have His peace even in the midst of turmoil. Praise His name forever.
March 22nd
II Timothy 4:2-4; ” For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.”
The time will come when many will not listen to the Word of God, not desiring to hear the truth. Instead they will hire and listen to teachers who say what they want to hear, not what is necessary. There are many false teachers who love not the Lord. Make sure you listen to the truth of the Word of God, for the rest will lead you into destruction. Destruction of your soul is a horrible thing, for it is the most valuable possession you have.

Proverbs 30:4 “Who hath gathered the wind in his fists? who hath bound the waters in a garment? who hath established all the ends of the earth? what is his name, and what is his son’s name, if thou canst tell?”
Genesis 1:1 and Genesis 2:4 said that God created the earth (dry land). Genesis 1:9-10 said that God caused the waters to gather together causing dry land (earth) to appear. So God CREATED the earth by moving aside the water so that the dry land could APPEAR. God has established the earth, and it will exist in all its seasons until it is His will to remake it.
God has a Son, His name is Jesus Christ, 100% God and 100% man. Men deny the deity of Christ and say He is not mentioned in the Old Testament. But it is the Old Testament which tells of Him. Man believes they are in control but they are not. Some say climate change will destroy all life on this planet and that we must act quickly to save our lives and the planet. Christ holds it together by the power of His word, and puny man has nothing to say about it.
“Climate Change” is just deceitful men and women desiring to rule over us. Who do we think we are? God! Be careful, for the pride and deceit of man has sealed the fate of millions. Trust the Lord Jesus Christ, for He is the all powerful one, and to Him one day we must all give an account . This earth will stand with its seasons until He declares it to end. So stop being concerned by the fear mongering of those who think they are something, but are nothing before Him.

Numbers 35:33 “So ye shall not pollute the land wherein ye are: for blood it defileth the land: and the land cannot be cleansed of the blood that is shed therein, but by the blood of him that shed it.”
Psalm 106:38 “And shed innocent blood, even the blood of their sons and of their daughters, whom they sacrificed unto the idols of Canaan: and the land was polluted with blood.”
Numbers 35:30 “Whoso killeth any person, the murderer shall be put to death by the mouth of witnesses: but one witness shall not testify against any person to cause him to die.”
The land is defiled by innocent blood. This was true in the Old Testament and is true today as well. It cannot be cleansed, appeased or pardoned until the guilty party’s life is forfeited. (This is the job of the government, not of the individual, I repeat not of the individual, for if you do take the murderers life then you also are a murderer in the eyes of God) Pagans in the past had child sacrifice, but you say we do not have child sacrifice today in this country.
I beg to disagree with you. Since Roe v. Wade in 1973; Over 61,628,584 babies have been killed, murdered by abortion. Lets put that in perspective; The latest data released by the U.S. Census Bureau showed the population of the state of New York in 2019 was 19.5 million people. New York is the fourth largest state in the United States.
Now abortion is not called child sacrifice or murder. And the victims are not called children. Different terms are used in an attempt to hide the reality of what is actually happening in this modern-day holocaust. Terms like fetal tissue, abortion, pro-choice, women’s rights, women’s health care, and other words are used to hide a reality: the killing of a human being made in the image of God! It’s murder! It’s child sacrifice.
Romans chapter 1 makes it clear that God will pour out His wrath in judgment upon a culture that rebels against Him. I suggest that perhaps God is now judging the nations that have shed the blood of millions of children sacrificed to the god of self. And the blood of over 61 million babies is a lot of blood crying out to God for judgment upon this land.

“And I will say to my soul, Soul, thou hast much goods laid up for many years; take thine ease, eat, drink, and be merry. But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which thou hast provided?” Luke 12:19-20
What is the most valuable possession we have? Money, my boat, my business, my success, my power; these and many other things can be considered our most valuable possession. But these are not. The Most Valuable Possession we have is our SOUL! Why is this the case? We each have an eternal soul, that is the part of us that thinks, enjoys life, it is our personalities and desires, it is US! Besides this we all have a date with death. It will one day come to each of us, then whose will our beloved possessions belong to. But most importantly where will our eternal soul spend eternity?
“And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:”, Hebrews 9:27. Believe it or not we will all stand before Jesus Christ, the Creator, Sustainer and judge of each of us. Those who have not placed their faith in Jesus Christ will spend eternity in eternal punishment. Don’t wait until it is too late, if you do, you will curse yourself for all eternity. Come to Christ today, before the appointed time of death visits you!

“As a roaring lion, and a raging bear; so is a wicked ruler over the poor people.” Proverbs 28:15.
Benjamin Franklin observed in June 2, 1787—“There is scarce a king in a hundred who would not, if he could, follow the example of Pharaoh — get first all the people’s money, then all their lands, and then make them and their children servants (slaves) forever…I am apprehensive that the government of the States may, in future times, end in a monarchy.”
God’s word tells us what we get when we walk away from Him. Wicked rulers. Benjamin Franklin saw this happening to this country, for all nations fall because of their evil. May we come back to the Lord before it is too late.
March 10th
Matthew 7:15 “Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.”
This is why it is so important to know Scripture, what the Bible says. For many false prophets are out there using the word of God in ungodly ways. Their desire is to fleece the people, to get their money, to gain power over others. Watch out for them.
For they are ungodly workers of iniquity and will find their final abode in the Lake of Fire. Do not let their lies destroy not only your life on earth today, but most importantly your eternal destiny, and the eternal destiny of your family.
Get into the “Word of God” spend time in prayer and study and in those pages and words you will find true joy and peace and direction for your life.

Psalm 34:8 “Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the man who trusts in Him!”
C. S. Lewis wrote: “All that we call human history — money, poverty, ambition, war, prostitution, classes, empires, slavery — is the long terrible story of man trying to find something other than God which will make him happy.”
But true happiness and true satisfaction comes only through the Lord. If you have never placed your faith in the Lord Jesus Christ why not do so now. You will never regret it. For in Him is true joy and peace through the troubles and disappointments of this world.

“So Absalom stole the hearts of the men of Israel.” II Samuel 15:6
Satan’s goal is to steal your heart from God also. He will entice you with the thrill of sin and its momentary excitement. If we yield to his temptations it is to forget the Love of Christ who paid our sin debt. Satan wishes to destroy us, but God wishes to bestow upon us Salvation and the richness of His grace.

Psalm 42:5-6 5Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted in me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him for the help of his countenance. 6O my God, my soul is cast down within me: therefore will I remember thee from the land of Jordan, and of the Hermonites, from the hill Mizar.
When the world crowds out our peace and security we need to remember our God. For it is He who gives peace. Security is from Him and Him only. So the next time you face challenges and you don’t know which way to turn, remembers the Lord’s promises. For He will never leave or forsake those who have placed their faith and trust in Him.
“Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.” Acts 5:29; “Thou shalt have no other gods before me.” Exodus 30:3
“Whether it be right in the sight of God to hearken unto you more than unto God, judge ye. For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard.” Acts 4:19b, 20.
The Jewish leaders had prohibited the apostles from teaching the Truth in the name of Jesus Christ. But they could not disobey God’s command and refused. The religious leaders threatened and arrested and threw them in prison. They were in danger of being executed, but were freed by an angel, and still preached the truth of Jesus Christ.
That day may soon approach us, believers in the Lord Jesus Christ, where we will have to make that same decision. Laws are are being made every day, some which violate the Word of God. Laws prohibiting preaching the truth of God’s Word may quickly come upon us.
As believers in the Lord Jesus Christ we are to be obedient to the laws of the land except when man’s law voids God’s law. We must obey God rather than man. If we deny Christ He will deny us.
When man’s laws and commands are contrary to those of God, there is no choice. We must obey God rather than man. It has happened down through history, with many being martyred standing on the Word of God. That time may be coming soon to this country and to us. May our Lord Jesus give us the wisdom and strength to stand for truth. We may also become martyrs. Lord help us to be strong if and when this comes to us, Amen.
March 3rd
Luke 9:62; “And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.”
This is a true saying in all that we do, but here Christ is talking about serving Him. For if we mean to follow Christ, we must lay aside striving for greatness, or wealth or power. To follow Him is to put our life and energy into His will for our lives. In Jesus illustration, a man plowing a field looking back will soon lose focus on what he is doing. It is a job not worth being paid for. Christ wants our whole heart, and when we serve Him, our will, our labor, our desire and all our effort should be directed to following His leadership in what He has for us to do. We must keep our eyes focused on our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and follow His leading.

“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28
‘Those are good words!’, said Queen Victoria, as she selected them for inclusion in the sculptor’s masterpiece.
‘These are good words!’, said Augustine, as he contrasts them with the wealthiest treasures of the worlds mines.
They are words capable of pouring new hope into empty hearts. They are words that can minister consolation and delight to the soul of the world’s mightiest sovereign; words that could ravish the mind of an old-world scholar and saint, words that are meant for men and women like you and me.
“Come unto me…” said those wonderful words! ‘I must and I will! Yes, I will, I will! I trust my soul–my lost and sinful soul–in His hands! I come, I come! And if I perish, I perish!’ Words of Andrew Fuller. He came; and in coming, he found the rest that was promised, the rest he had so diligently sought. ‘I should have found it sooner,’ he said. These are words that all who come to Him utter.
These beautiful words are a call from the God of the universe to you. It is an invitation from our glorious Saviour Jesus Christ to all of mankind. He gives rest in troubled times. He gives peace to troubled minds, He give guidance to the lost. Jesus Christ paid the price for our salvation on the cross of Calvary. He is calling you, won’t you come unto Him. “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved.

Romans 12:9 “Let love be without dissimulation (a hiding under a false appearance). Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.”

Ephesians 2:4-6 “But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:”
God cannot be blamed or called evil for providing justice for sin. His only Begotten Son, the Lord Jesus Christ paid the price for our sins. He provided salvation to anyone who desires it. Those who are punished eternally for their sins have only themselves to blame. For Salvation is a free gift offered to every human being. All you have to do is to “believe on His name (Jesus Christ) and you will be saved. It has to be a true heart belief, fakers will not make it for the Lord knows the secrets of the heart.
February 28th
Matthew 24:35 “Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.”
Men and women of the world make plans without ever thinking about the Lord, and the Lord tells us that Heaven and Earth shall pass away. Mankind lives in fear, or tries to make us live in fear concerning Global warming. But He who will ultimately make a new Heaven and Earth controls this world. Men use Global warming as an excuse to push their agendas, to make men slaves. How is puny man going to stop the expansive world from destruction. God sets in the Heavens and laughs at them for in Genesis 8:22 He gives us His promise that; “While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.”
Fear mongers hope only to make us shake in terror. They have only their own selfish desires in mind as they spew their lies. God is the one in control. Climate change, it has always been and will always be until the culmination of things, and that time will be decided upon by the Lord, not the politicians and those who wish to oppress us. Just look at their hypocrisy and you will easily see their lies. Trust in the Lord for He is the Almighty God, the Lord of Lords and King of Kings. Worship Him and place your faith and trust in Him.

“Every one that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name’s sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life.” Matthew 19:28
Imagine receiving a hundred times investment on your money. Wow that would be terrific. That means a $1000. investment would return $100,000. Bur Christ here is not talking of financial investments on this earth. For money like everything else on this earth can be here today and gone tomorrow
He is talking about more than physical things and He is also talking about more than Salvation. For everyone who places their faith in the Lord Jesus Christ receives Salvation. It is something additional being added to Salvation. We know so very little concerning what our lives will be like in heaven with the Lord. The Bible tells us that believers will reign with Christ. Is it possible that how we reign has something to do with our lives on this earth. He already promised that those whose works are not burned up will receive rewards. The one is the result of faith, the other, the reward for faith plus obedience.
Does this not tie in with those verses. Heaven will be wonderful beyond our comprehension for everyone, but there is something else. Something very special given to those whose lives are lived for Him; for those who devote their lives completely to Him. All believers have God as their inheritance, but there is another inheritance. All believers will get to be heirs with Christ, but not all believers will inherit the same things. Let us think seriously and soberly, and be wise with the way we live our lives. It will matter for all of eternity.
For those who place their faith in Jesus Christ it will mean an eternity of unbelievable blessings, for those who refuse Jesus Christ it will mean an eternity of unbelievable punishment. Let us all make wise decisions when it comes to our lives while we still have a heartbeat!

2 Corinthians 5:10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.
Imagine staring into the face of Christ! Just the two of you, one-on-one! Your entire life is present before you. In a flash you see what He sees.

Remember, believers in Jesus Christ will either be rewarded or lose their reward for their life on this earth. However, those who do not put their faith and trust in Jesus Christ will be judged of how they lived their life! Not for reward, instead for the harshness of their punishment in the lake of fire. (If you refuse Christ as your Saviour, then live a good life, it may decrease a little of the intensity of punishment you will receive in the Lake of Fire.
February 25th
“for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ.” Romans 14:10b
How must believers live? In the light of the next life! We should all remember that this life is a training for the next one. This life is short, usually less than 100 years, but the next life is for all eternity and will never have an ending. Remember “only what is done for Christ will last.” When we stand before the Bema Seat of Christ, which every believer will do. Our works of what sort they are will be judged.
Our popularity on this earth will make no difference. Neither our power, or our wealth or our looks or our intelligence will matter. For the Lord will look into our hearts and all our works done on this earth will be tested by fire. If they are works which we have done under the control of the Holy Spirit they will last. If they are works which we have done by our own strength, our own abilities, for our own ambitions they will be burned up.
Christ knows our heart and our motives, and only those done for Him and through Him and by His strength for His purposes will last. A reward will be given for those works and they will follow that believer throughout all of eternity.
February 22nd
“He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.” I John 5:12
Only those who have the Son of God are saved. Men don’t like that. They say there has to be another way, that is so bigoted. But is it? They are now trying to say that it’s not necessary to know the correct answer in math.
But does it? If you don’t know the correct answer, you are then vulnerable to paying way too much for anything you buy. If you think one + one equals four, you are in for a lot of hurt. It could be deadly when taking medications. You could pay double the price of a car or house. Even worse your taxes could be doubled and you wouldn’t know it! So it is possible for truth to be fixed, not fluid like water or the smoothness of some tongues.
Watch out for deceivers. They come in all flavors and have only their best interests at heart. Actually they want your money, your belongings, they want power over you, and they want you to be their slaves.
But if you believe on the Lord Jesus Christ you will be saved. Saved from what you may ask? This life is short, even if you live to be one hundred, your life will still have been very short compared to eternity, a period which never ends. Christ will keep all those who have put their faith and trust in Him with all blessings beyond measure. Reject Him and it will an eternity banished from His face. Since He is the source of all that is good, there will then be an eternity of hopelessness and punishment. Choose Christ and live!
